ZYCOO IAS-L100 IP Audio Server
The ZYCOO IAS-L100 is a 1U rack-mount server with the ZYCOO IP Audio Center already installed. It is the central controller for a ZYCOO IP audio system, handling paging, background music, intercom, emergency alarms, scheduled bells and IP phone calls for up to 100 registered SIP endpoints. Plug it in, connect it to your network and start adding speakers, with no software to install on a separate machine.
The IAS-L100 is built for small to medium projects of up to 100 devices. Larger sites can run the same IP Audio Center software on their own on-premise or cloud server, where capacity depends on the server hardware.
It suits schools, healthcare, government and financial buildings, offices, shopping centres, retail shops, warehouses, hotels, airports and train or bus stations.
What the IP Audio Center does
The IP Audio Center manages every ZYCOO IP audio device on the site from one place:
- Live paging: speak to individual endpoints, groups or whole zones, with up to 80 speakers paged at once on the IAS-L100.
- Four task types: immediate tasks run as soon as they are set, timetable tasks repeat within a time range, dial-number tasks start when someone dials a number from a phone, and one-click tasks start from an icon on the dispatch console. Timetables and notifications are unlimited.
- Emergency alerts: define your own scenarios, such as lockdown or evacuation, and assign pre-recorded alert audio to each for instant broadcast to chosen zones.
- Background music: build playlists from common audio formats, assign them to devices or groups, and control stop, volume and previous or next track.
- Intercom and video: two-way audio from the master console to intercom endpoints. The VI-V05 video intercom provides HD video calls, and external IP cameras can be added by entering their RTSP address.
- Digital map: link JPG, PNG or WebP floor plans to device groups to find devices and dispatch from the console.
- Monitoring and records: endpoint status, device fault reports, system and call logs, and recording for paging, intercom, conferences and calls.
Messages, schedules and holidays
Pre-recorded messages and Google text-to-speech let you create announcements without recording a voice. A holiday system pauses or changes schedules on days when the site is closed, so bells and announcements do not run on public holidays or term breaks. A recording system and logs keep a record of what was played and when.
Built-in phone system features
The IP Audio Center also includes IP PBX functions: IVR auto-attendant with custom prompts, inbound and outbound call control, call monitoring, whisper, call split, call forward and transfer, do not disturb and audio conferencing. Standard SIP trunks can be added for outbound calls to external numbers, with no stated limit on the number of trunks.
Built for more than one operator
The server supports multiple dispatch users, so reception, security and facilities can each have their own login. Custom device labels make large installations easier to navigate, and feature codes let users trigger functions from a phone keypad. Telephony features can be integrated with your existing phone system.
Version 2.0 adds four functions: Contacts, Dispatch Phone, Dial Pad and Digital Map.

Frequently asked questions
Is the IP Audio Center software already installed?
Yes. The IAS-L100 ships with the ZYCOO IP Audio Center preinstalled, so it is ready to configure once connected to your network.
Does it work with a phone system?
Yes. It uses standard SIP, and it also includes its own IP PBX features, so it can run alongside your existing phone system or handle calls itself.
How many devices can it manage?
The IAS-L100 manages up to 100 devices. For larger sites, the IP Audio Center software can run on your own on-premise or cloud server, with capacity depending on that server.
What kinds of scheduled and triggered tasks are there?
Immediate, timetable, dial-number and one-click tasks.
Does it support video?
Yes. It supports video intercom with the VI-V05, and external IP cameras can be linked by RTSP address.
Can it play school bells and scheduled announcements?
Yes. Timetable triggered tasks run bells, messages and music on a schedule, and the holiday system adjusts for days when the site is closed.
Can it make announcements without a recorded voice?
Yes. Google text-to-speech converts typed text into spoken announcements, and pre-recorded messages can be stored and reused.
How many people can use it at once?
The server supports multiple dispatch users, each with their own access.
