Do you provide training after installation?
Yes. After completing your audio system installation or full AV setup, we walk you through the controls, demonstrate how everything works and provide any documentation you need.
Do you offer installation solutions for acoustically difficult spaces?
We do. Gyms, hallways, open-plan offices, school halls and industrial sites often have echo, reverberation or ambient noise issues. As part of your audio system installation, we assess the acoustics and design speaker placement, processing and coverage to achieve clarity without overpowering the room.
Do we need to supply anything before installation?
Not usually. We handle equipment, cabling, mounts and configuration. If you already own devices you want integrated, we assess them first to confirm they’re compatible with your new audiovisual setup.
What if I only need AV equipment temporarily and don’t want a full installation?
