Indoor LED Video Screens

Your venue deserves a screen that actually works

Whether it's the school hall or conference room that goes quiet when the projector fails, the church where the back row can't read the lyrics, or the meeting room where everyone's squinting at a laptop, the right LED screen changes how a space feels and functions. Not just for big moments. For every Tuesday.

Edwards has been installing AV systems across Auckland and the North Island for over 60 years. We know the venues, we know the constraints, and we know how to specify a screen that the people using it will actually be able to operate.

What kind of space are you working with?

School halls and auditoriums Assemblies, prizegivings, drama productions, community events. A well-sized LED screen handles all of it and bright enough to read in a lit room, clear enough for the back row, simple enough for a staff member to switch on without a manual.

Churches and houses of worship Lyrics, scripture, live camera feeds from the stage, pre-recorded video. The screen becomes part of the service. We size it for your room and your congregation, and make sure it integrates cleanly with whatever you're already running.

Conference venues and meeting rooms
Presentations, live streams, hybrid meetings, panel discussions. Whether it's a boardroom screen that a PA can operate without calling IT, or a conference centre installation handling 300 delegates and a camera feed, we size and specify for the room. Simple enough for everyday use, capable enough for the big events.

Civic centres, libraries and public spaces Digital signage, community information, wayfinding. Scheduled content that runs itself. We can connect to existing content management systems or supply one that suits your workflow.

Gyms, sports facilities and commercial buildings Scoring, announcements, sponsor content, promotional video. High-brightness panels that hold up in ambient light and stand up to the occasional impact.

What makes a good LED screen installation?

The screen size matters but so does the pixel pitch, the brightness, the cabinet protection rating, the mounting approach, and how the content gets onto it. A screen that's sized correctly for your room but driven by the wrong controller, or mounted in the wrong position, won't deliver what you're expecting.

We ask the right questions before we specify anything:

  • How far away is your nearest viewer, and your furthest?
  • Is the room controlled lighting or does daylight come in?
  • Who will operate it day-to-day - AV staff, or general staff who need it to be very simple?
  • Is impact from people, equipment, or activity a realistic risk?
  • Do you need to own it outright, or would a long-term rental arrangement suit you better?

The answers shape the recommendation. That's why we don't publish a single "recommended screen" and  every installation we do is specified for that room and that use case.

From quote to commission we handle it

We supply, install, commission, and train. When we leave, your team knows how to use the system, your content is running, and you have a number to call if anything ever needs attention.

We're not a reseller who ships you a pallet of panels. We're the team that installs them, sets up the controller, runs the cables properly, and comes back when you need us.

Tell us about your project

The form below takes about two minutes. It helps us understand your space and your requirements so we can come back to you with something useful, not a generic brochure.

If you'd rather just talk it through, call or email us directly and we'll take it from there.
