Can the whole system be wireless — no cables at all?

Mostly, yes. Staff can cast from a laptop, tablet, or phone with no cables needed for day-to-day use. We do recommend keeping one wired backup input available — it's the fail-safe for the one day the wireless connection has an off moment, and it means you're never stuck in front of an assembly with no way to present.

Can the screen and projector come on automatically when we connect a device?

Yes — this is exactly how we design these systems. Connect your device or press one button, and the screen drops, the projector powers up, and the sound switches to the right input automatically. No sequence to remember, no steps to get wrong in front of a full hall.

What if someone's changed the settings since the last time it worked properly?

This is one of the most common reasons school AV systems become unreliable over time — someone adjusts a volume, an input, or a setting for one event, and it's never put back.
