Color-Coded Priority System

GREEN Button - General Announcements For everyday announcements that queue politely behind currently playing messages. Perfect for:

RED Button - High Priority / Emergency Interrupts current messages for time-critical or emergency announcements. Reserved for:

• Emergency situations
• Urgent safety notifications
• Critical operational messages
• Lost child announcements

WHITE Button - Record Interval Promotions Press and hold to record promotional messages that play automatically at set intervals throughout the day:

• "Fresh hot chickens ready in the deli"
• "New season cherries just arrived in produce"
• "Special pricing on bakery items for the next hour"

YELLOW Button - Record Set Time Messages / Delete Records announcements that play at specific scheduled times:

• Store opening/closing warnings
• Department readiness announcements

Also serves as the delete function—hold immediately after recording (within 5 seconds) to delete a message.

Optimal Microphone Technique Built-In

The MM1 is designed for the way people naturally speak:

Talk Over, Not Into - The microphone is positioned so users speak across the top of the element, not directly into it. This reduces plosives (popping P's and B's) and creates more natural-sounding announcements.

Automatic Distance Compensation - When held at the recommended 50mm (2 inches) from the mouth, the MM1 captures clear, intelligible audio. The automatic leveling system compensates for minor variations in distance.

Ambient Noise Rejection - Advanced filtering ensures background store noise doesn't interfere with announcements, even in busy retail environments.
