Awards Evenings - Virtual or Not
A Virtual Awards Event? No problem.
An award ceremony is a hugely important event, and the social side is an important part of it. Edwards understand how special these occasions are for our customers and we will work alongside you to make a streamed or hybrid (both physical and streamed) event a success for you and your participants.
Our experienced team will collaborate with you to maximise engagement and the feel-good factor, utilising techniques such as moderated messaging, social media feeds, and lively transitions between MC and music, presenters and recipients.
“An almost impossible job made possible, that is what Edwards helped us to achieve. Edwards were super responsive, understanding our requirements, helping us every step of the way. Thankyou Edwards for all of your help!”
- Paddy Payne, Coordinator Race Unity Speech Awards, (twenty-two competitions, 17 regionals, 1 Auckland regional final, 3 national semi-finals and the national final. 70 students, 70 judges, 22 MCs, 22 timekeepers, 13 regional coordinators joined remotely from their homes from all over New Zealand)

And the physical side of your event?
We can take care of that too. Edwards is the AV and Sound provider for some amazing black-tie events. We have high quality but affordable audio, lighting and video equipment to make your event memorable for all the right reasons. Plus ‘Safe Event’ equipment such as disinfectant foggers, contactless hand sanitisers, thermal sensors and more.
Edwards provide experienced AV technicians who will ensure all eyes are on you for the right reasons, not wondering what is wrong with your microphone or screen, and if you are incorporating a live stream, they’ll take care of that too.
You can come to us, and run your Awards event from our dedicated studio, or we can come to you or your venue.
“I highly recommend working with Edwards. They are completely professional and offered me total peace of mind. Best of all you get your own account manager who translates what you want to the techies, so what is usually quite hard and confusing becomes easy.” - Amber Young, Spark PR & Activate
