We already have AV equipment installed — do we need to replace it? +
Not necessarily. We assess what you have and work with it wherever possible. Any upgrades are phased and planned around your budget — we're not here to rip out a working system and replace it with ours.
What if our events vary hugely in size? Can you scale up? +
Absolutely. Our hire fleet supplements your permanent installation for larger events — so you're never caught short when a 300-person conference needs more than your regular boardroom setup can handle.
Do we lock in to a long-term contract? +
We offer flexible partnership agreements. Some venues prefer a formal arrangement, others prefer to work with us event by event and build from there. We'd rather earn your loyalty than lock you in.
What happens if something goes wrong during an event? +
Our team is reachable and responsive. Depending on your partnership tier, you'll have a dedicated on-call technician available — not a helpdesk, not a voicemail, a real person who knows your venue.
We're not in Auckland — do you work with venues outside the city? +
Yes, and No. Our sales team can recommend AV equipment and we have installers throughout New Zealand to set up a great system for you, but we can't offer the onsite rental and technical support plans outside the greater Auckland area currently. The best thing is to have a quick conversation about where you are and what you need.
